In a 9 ½ by 11 baking pan or glass dish, lay the bottoms of the rolls down. Spread the bottoms of the rolls with a light coating of mayonnaise.
Lay one piece of turkey on each roll. You may have to fold the piece of deli turkey in half so it fits on the roll.
Cut each piece of bacon in half. Crisscross 2 halves on top of the turkey on each roll. Add 1 slice of tomato on top of the bacon.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese and parmesan cheese over all the tomato slices. Replace the top of the rolls.
In a small sauce pan, add the butter and melt over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook until 1 minute. Stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Pour brown sugar butter sauce over the sliders.
Pop in the preheated oven and bake, uncovered for 25 minutes. At 20 minutes into the cooking time you notice the tops of the rolls getting a little to dark, cover them with foil and finish baking them.
